Wesley College employs over 100 staff across teaching, administration, grounds and maintenance, offering a positive and supportive working environment with opportunities for career development and wellbeing. Our 50‑acre campus beside the M50 provides modern facilities, a strong academic ethos and a broad extra‑curricular programme, with staff contributing both in classrooms and across activities such as sport and the School Musical. Boarding staff live and work on campus, becoming part of a vibrant community where individuality is valued, relationships are respectful and high‑quality teaching and learning are central.
We look for candidates with a strong academic background and third‑level qualification, a commitment to high educational standards, the ability to foster curiosity and independent learning, and a willingness to contribute to extra‑curricular life. Some relevant experience—either in education or a related field—is desirable.
